Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aysel (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
2.2 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Use the App in a manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the App’s functionality or performance.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
Use any data mining, scraping, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the App.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
User Content
4.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content that you submit or transmit through the App (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting or transmitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with the App.
4.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit or transmit User Content that:
Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access or use of the App.
Modification or Termination of the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the App.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
